Step 5: Explore Your Future Home - Visit properties within your budget.
Step 6: Present an Offer. (Negotiate)

Escrow is initiated: This marks the duration required to finalize all the remaining steps in the home buying journey.
Step 7: Home Inspection

The Lender will organize an appraisal of the home. You will receive the assessed value of the Property/Home, and the appraisal will highlight any needed repairs. This information will be sent to the lender, who will then provide a list of required fixes or repairs needed to qualify for financing.
It's easy to see that purchasing a home entails a significant amount of paperwork.
Step 8: Closing Day
**Complete the necessary paperwork for the property purchase.

This includes loan documents.
Expect a minimum of three days to close and take possession after the Closing Disclosure (CD) is generated by Escrow/Title. Occasionally, you may receive your keys on the same day as signing if the CD was prepared at least three days before the signing date.

Your title company will provide the CD for your review ahead of closing.
Once you have your keys, it’s time to MOVE IN!!
